WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SESSION
Each session begins with conversation to learn about you, to explore your intentions for healing; the specific challenges, issues, concerns or difficulties you might be experiencing. I explain the healing process in more detail and answer any questions you might have.
I, then, connect to the divine lineage of saints and masters including my spiritual teacher Sri Kaleshwar, as well as Shirdi Sai Baba, Jesus, Mother Mary, the Buddha, and the Divine Mother and channel divine energy transmissions to facilitate the highest healing for you at the soul level.
To receive the healing transmission, you may lay on the massage table fully clothed (or sit in a chair if that is more comfortable for you) while I gently hold energy centers on the back of your neck, top of your head, third eye, hands, back of knees and feet and silently work with specific mantras to transmit high divine light to your soul.
At the conclusion of the transmission, I allow you time to integrate the experience. I often receive and share direct messages and guidance for you to implement into your life to support & amplify the healing benefits you received.
DISTANCE HEALING SESSIONS: For Skype, Zoom and phone sessions – it is a similar process – except it is all by transmission. You may sit or lay down at your home to receive the energy while I am transmitting. It’s just as powerful as the in person session.
PROTOCOL FOR OPTIMAL HEALING EFFECTIVENESS
To prepare for the session, it’s highly advised (but not required) to eat only vegetarian foods (no meat, poultry or fish) for 24 hours prior to our session and for 24 hours afterward as well. Also no alcohol or smoking for this time period as well. This prepares you to receive and digest the energy as well as to protect from negativity.
